Shipping Policy

At Little Treasure Box, every order is handled with care, experience, and attention to detail. With over a decade of experience in custom photo products and a strong foundation in consumer protection practices, we’re committed to transparent, fair, and customer-friendly shipping policies.


📦 Processing Times

  • Custom Photo Products
    All photo magnets and personalized items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. We believe in quality craftsmanship, and we’ll never rush something that’s meant to last.

  • Magnet Machines & Supply Kits
    These are shipped within 2–4 business days, depending on availability and order volume.

If there are any unexpected delays (e.g. large volume orders, supply chain issues), we will notify you via email right away.

We ship to Canada, US, UK, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Ireland, Greece, Germany, France, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand

  • US&CA
    Custom Orders & Lightweight Supplies (e.g. Sparkle Mylar):
    → Flat Rate: $8.99 CAD/USD
    → FREE shipping on orders over $69 CAD

  • Machines & Related Supplies
    – Includes cutting tools, magnet press machines, and machine-specific kits

    • We offer FREE tracked shipping for machine orders to most eligible countries.

    • If your country isn’t available at checkout, please email us at hello@littletreasurebox.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2–10 business days

  • USA: 4–12 business days

  • International (machines only): 28-45 business days depending on location and customs


📦 Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also reach out to us directly if needed.


❗️Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

While we ship through reliable carriers, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs especially during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our facility.

Lost or damaged package?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will help investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
