Processing Time

As each item is personalized, please allow 2 business days for production before your order is shipped.

For bulk orders or custom design requests, production may take 3–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during busy seasons or holidays.

Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada
3–8 business days. No duties apply; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

United States
6–10 business days. Duties are covered by Little Treasure Box.

International
Delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Canada and U.S. orders include tracking.

For international orders, tracking availability depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. If you choose a no-tracking shipping option, tracking information will not be available.
