What kind of products do you make?
We specialize in custom photo keepsakes – fridge magnets, pocket mirrors, pins, and more. Each piece is handcrafted using your uploaded photo.

What size are the magnets and keepsakes?
We offer various sizes depending on the item (e.g., 5x5 cm square magnets, 58mm round mirrors). Product pages include full size details.

Can I customize the design or layout?
Yes! Some listings include optional overlays like “Save the Date,” names, or dates. You’ll also see design options at checkout if available.

Will I see a preview before it’s made?
Most products do not include previews, but if you're unsure or need layout help, feel free to message us—we're happy to guide you!

What happens if I upload the wrong photo?
If we haven’t started production, we can help swap it out. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

📸 Uploading & Ordering

How do I upload my photo?
Each product page includes an upload button. For multi-photo sets, you can upload them all at once or email them to us after purchase.

Can I mix different photos in one order?
Yes, especially for sets! Just upload the photos and we’ll make each one unique, unless you request otherwise.

Can I request a bulk or custom order?

🎁 Packaging & Gift Options

Will my order be gift-ready?
All orders are carefully wrapped, and optional gift packaging is available. Our cardstock gift sets are especially popular for giving.

Can I include a note or gift message?
Yes! Leave your message at checkout and we’ll include a printed note card with your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Some listings include a gift wrap upgrade. If you're not sure, just ask!

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Winnipeg, Canada.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us Hello@littletreasudrebox.ca — we’ll gladly check if we can ship to you directly.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 2-8 business days

  • USA: 2-8 business days

  • International: 2–4 weeks
    Tracking is included for most regions.

Can I ship directly to the recipient as a gift?
Yes! Just enter their address at checkout and we’ll make sure it arrives beautifully.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Can I return or cancel my order?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us—we always want to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We carefully package every item, but if something goes wrong, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’re here to help.
