1. Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love what you receive truly. However, due to the nature of our work, custom-made items, machines, gift cards and digital templates (like Canva files) are final sale. These are either handmade just for you or considered business-use tools.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please email us within 3 days. We’ll do everything we can to resolve it kindly and quickly.
2. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes! Every machine we offer includes:

We understand that international shipping can be confusing, so we aim to be transparent and helpful at every step. If you don’t see your country at checkout or have special shipping needs, just message us, we’re happy to assist!
5. How long does shipping take?

Custom magnets & small accessories ship within 2–5 business days.

Machines or large kits (shipped from our trusted factory) typically arrive within 28-45 business days, depending on your location.
We’ll send tracking as soon as it’s ready!

Every design is made with love, care, and a lot of trial + error over the years. We’ve tested materials, upgraded machines, and refined our quality — so you don’t have to.

8. Can I Get Help with Designs?
Absolutely! We’re here to make things easy and enjoyable for you.
We offer ready-to-use Canva templates to help you create beautiful, personalized layouts, even if you have zero design experience. If you're unsure how to upload or position your photos, just reach out, we're always happy to guide you step-by-step.
Our goal is to help you feel confident and proud of your custom order.
9. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s off, contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll evaluate it fairly and get you a replacement if needed.
We’ve been on the customer side, too. We promise to treat you the way we’d want to be treated.
