Return & Exchange Policy

At Little Treasure Box, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re a small studio committed to making thoughtful, handcrafted items and we stand behind the quality of every piece.

🛠️ Custom Orders & Machines

Because each custom item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products, including:

  • Custom photo magnets

  • Magnet + Cardstock sets

  • Canva templates

  • Digital downloads

  • Machines and accessories

However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Machine Warranty:
All machines include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, plus lifetime support from our team for troubleshooting and care. Misuse, attempted repair, or physical damage will void this warranty.


📦  Lightweight Supplies (e.g. Sparkle Mylar) (Non-Custom)

You may return unused, unopened business supplies (e.g., sparkle mylar) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Must be unused and in resale condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once we receive and inspect the return


🌎 International Orders & Exchanges

We ship globally and pack with care but shipping fees for non-custom, eligible returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory but may be possible depending on availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@littletreasurebox.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement if needed.
