Refund & Return Policy

Effective October 2025

At Little Treasure Box, we want you to feel confident and supported when you shop with us. Every item we create is made with care whether it’s a custom photo magnet or a trusted machine. We believe in being transparent so you always know what to expect. Please read below to understand which items can be returned and how our process works.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fairness and clarity, we do not accept returns or refunds on the following:

  • Custom photo products
    (including magnets, pins, mirrors, and printed card sets): Each item is made especially for you and cannot be resold or restocked.

  • Magnet machines
    (including square and round press machines): Each machine is quality-checked and packed to order. All machine sales are final once shipped.

  • Canva templates or digital files: Due to the nature of digital content, all template purchases are final.

  • Gift cards


⚙️ Warranty Coverage (Machines)

  • 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All machines come with a full 1-year warranty covering internal mechanical defects.

  • Lifetime Support from Us: Even after the first year, we're here to help. Our team provides lifetime troubleshooting and care for customers who purchase machines directly from us.

  • Warranties are void if the machine has been disassembled, modified, or damaged due to misuse.


📦 Lightweight Supplies (e.g. Sparkle Mylar):– Limited Returns

Returns are accepted on unused, unopened supplies (like mylar) if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are in original, resellable condition

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Please email hello@littletreasurebox.ca to begin a return request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


📸 Order Issues or Damaged Items

We want every delivery to feel like a gift. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will do our best to make it right.


🔄 Exchanges

Because our items are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved for a supply item, you may place a new order separately.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is eligible, we will notify you once it's received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, bank processing times may vary.

🌍 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers: you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding personalized or custom-made items). Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
